We’re looking for an experienced Office Manager to join our team in a fast-paced, multi-functional role that will challenge you and take you out of your comfort zone.

You will be required to ensure the smooth operation of the facilities management and central administrative functions of the company:

What this role involves…

  • To ensure the security of the premises - Security/alarm/access control/guarding/key holders
  • Manage all Health & Safety within the company
  • To be responsible for lease compliance
  • Responsible for building maintenance
  • To manage supplier contracts and agree service levels:
    • Repair and service arrangements
    • Cleaning contract
    • Internal & external decor, fixtures and fittings
    • Vending/Refreshments
    • Utilities
  • To hold responsibility for insurance administration
  • To manage mobile phone contracts and agreements
  • To oversee and manage reception desk procedures and implement best practices
  • To provide supervision, direction and management to direct reports
  • To manage some hotel and travel arrangements along with lease and hire car contracts
  • To organise local events for the company as and when required
  • To identify and introduce cost savings wherever possible
  • Manage all Health & Safety within the company

What we’ll need you to bring…

  • Excellent IT skills including Microsoft Office, and experience in managing budgets and financial data including raising purchase orders and providing financial analysis of the department to senior management.
  • Ability to influence and negotiate
  • Ability to work from own initiative
  • Health & Safety qualification desirable but not essential
  • Previous Facilities Management experience
  • Previous experience as a Team Leader/Manager or Senior Administrator Experience
  • Previous responsibility/involvement in Health & Safety practices
  • Organised, Resourceful, Proactive
  • Ability to remain calm and work well under pressure
  • Flexible approach
